Recently, a cost-saving training was held by Human Resources Department for all the staff, lasting for about two weeks. “Enterprise`s twelve financial machete” was the theme. As the speaker, Li Jian visually brough forth the relationship between income, expenditure and profit by using digitized formula“10-9=1”, which made staff more clearly about the equally importance of increasing profits, reducing costs and increasing revenue. Moreover, Li Jian also studied that how to reduce the cost and proposed the theory of “ twelve financial machetes”.
